What is the eligibility criteria for M.Phil?

Hi, Admission to this programme is open to those who qualify in MET/GATE/UGC-JRF/UGC- Lecturership examinations. A Masters in Arts / Commerce (with 55% marks), or M.Sc/ B.Tech (with 60% marks with adequate background in the Social Sciences) is essential. Thanks.

Duration: One year Selection: An all-India Entrance Test will be conducted for selecting candidates for admission to the M.Phil. Degree. M.Phil. Thesis: Examinees will submit the M.Phil. Thesis before appearing in the university examination conducted on the university campus. Award: Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) A degree with a specialisation in the relevant subject shall be awarded to all the successful candidates by the University.</p>

The minimum qualification for admission to the M.Phil program will be at least 55% marks in the aggregate in M.Com./ MIB/ MHROD/ MFC/ MBA and other such degrees which are equivalent to the MBA degree of the University of Delhi and other Indian universities. However, the candidates with degrees other than M.Com.
