To be eligible for the M.Tech programme at NSUT (formerly NSIT), candidates should have either a 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology or a Master's degree in Science, Computer Applications, or its equivalent. The admission is based on the GATE score and rank, followed by counselling through JAC Delhi. The minimum GATE score required varies for different branches and categories of candidates.
