What is the eligibility criteria for M.Tech in IIT?

I am in third year of engineering. I took admission to degree after completing diploma(MSBTE) . Am I eligible for GATE and M.Tech through IIT as I have heard that 10+2+4 yr degree is required for admission. I am confused but I am dedicated to my studies

Hi, * To pursue M.Tech, candidates need to pass B.E. / B.Tech in the relevant field with minimum 50% and 45% for reserved categories from a recognized university. Candidates need to sit for an entrance exam. * To be eligible for GATE exam : - Candidate should have Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
