After completing your class 12th with any stream, you can do Bachelor in media/ journalism. After completing Bachelors degree, you can go for Masters in mass communication.

Three year polytechnic leads you to lateral entry into B.Tech, but you need to confirm whether polytechnic diploma is equivalent to 12th or not.
