The eligibility criteria for MBA programs at IIFA Lancaster here are :

Educational Qualification: A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university approved by AICTE. Some speciallisation course may specify a minimum percentage or GPA.
Entrance Exam: entrance exam accepted here are

CAT
MAT
CMAT

3.Interview: a personal interview/Group disscussion is made done by the selection committee.

4. Essay: a round which includes the purpose of admission to be written in a form of essay in 15 mins is also conducted.
