LEAD - MBA is a professional programme approved by AICTE, accredited by NBA and is affiliated with the University of Calicut. The approved intake for the period 2022-23 is 300. 50% of seats are of merit quota and 50% of seats are of management quota.
The seats are filled as per the rules and regulations of the University of Calicut. A student who has secured 50% marks (General), 45% marks (OBC), and Pass Mark (SC/ST) aggregate at undergraduate degree is eligible for seeking admission.

The eligibility criteria for the MBA programme at LEAD College of Management are as follows:
- Candidates must have a bachelor's degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
- Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks in their undergraduate degree, 45% marks for OBC candidates, and a passing degree for SC/ST candidates
- Candidates must have a valid score in one of the following entrance examinations: CAT/CMAT/KMAT.
