Candidates need to pass a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate to apply for RICS School of Built Environment MBA programme. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission. Besides, candidates must also pass national-level Management entrance exam or Amity Test for admission to MBA programme.

Applicants who are applying for an MBA at RICS must hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.
Scores from any of the following exams are accepted for admission to RICS
- MAT
- XAT
- CAT
- NMAT
- CMAT
Candidates who qualify for the entrance exam, need to appear for an English Language Test conducted by the RICS School of Built Environment in their respective campus.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview to assess their communication skills, aptitude, and motivation for pursuing an MBA.
- On average, the intake ranges from 50 to 60 students.
