To be eligible for an MBA at SRM University Sikkim, you must meet the following criteria:
- Have a bachelor's degree with a minimum aggregate of 60%
- Have a valid score of CAT/XAT/MAT/GMAT/TANCET/NMAT/CMAT or SRM Joint Entrance Exam (SRMJEEM)
- Professionals with work experience of 1–3 years are given preference
- Students who apply and hold a UG degree obtained from a foreign university can apply based on an equivalence certificate

At SRM University Sikkim, a bachelor's degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 60% is required for admission to the MBA programme. The SRM Joint Entrance Examination for Management (SRMJEEM) will be used for admission, and a personal interview will come after. Students may also apply if they have qualified admission exam results from the CAT, SAT, MAT, GMAT, NMAT, CMAT, or TANCET. Candidates with prior job experience will be given preference.
