A candidate must have passed graduation or equivalent from a university in India or abroad, with at least 50% aggregate in the final year. Final-year students are also eligible. Two years of work experience is a prerequisite but not mandatory at the very least. In addition, English communication skills are essential and may be given preference in selection after the academic or organizational background and the profile of the candidate.
