It is an undergraduate degree programme in the field of Medicine and healthcare. The duration of the MBBS programme is five and a half years, which includes four and a half years of classroom teaching and practical training, followed by a one-year internship.

The eligibility criteria for MBBS at Yenepoya University is as follows:
1)The candidate must have passed the 12th class examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (taken together).
2)The candidate must have passed the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) and scored the required cut-off marks.
3)The candidate must be at least 17 years of age on December 31st of the year of admission.
