For MBBS one must need to have Biology as one of the subject in Science stream in 12th standard from any state or Central board of education in India . One more criteria some universities place in admission process is to have 60% aggregate marks when combined physics , chemistry and biology. Also some entrance exams are provisioned like NEET as introduced by Indian Government.
    That's it.
    Hope it helps.
