All candidates who have completed their Bachelor degree can apply for MCA. Just pass a Joint Entrance Exam and you will get admission for MCA.
Entrance exams are for MCA : WBJECA, NICET, ETC.

According to AICTE eligibility norms for MCA you must have maths at XII or at graduation level.

Try to find some university which may consider your B.Com Maths paper in this. But make sure their degree is AICTE approved or you wl face problem in future. Second option is to do it from IGNOU. There u wl have to clear an extra paper of Maths but gour degree will be valid.
