Yes you can, there is no problem in taking exam with them, but the only problem is that there is more reservation of seats in the colleges taking mh-cet for the Maharshtra people/domicile of Maharashtra.

Yes, you can because there is no matter of place from where you belong because mh-cet is entrance exam which is taken by maharashtra government and in this only maharashtra colleges are included,so you can proceed.
