What is the eligibility criteria for MS in Germany having 55% aggregate in mechanical engineering?

Hi,
If your aggregate is 55% then I am sorry, there is no use in try for Germany but still chances are very low, you can try for the private institutions but you should sacrifice in choosing the course you want.
Instead try for countries such as Canada, Australia, US, etc. or any other European countries. -
