    NSD Exam Eligibility Criteria 

    The candidate must have completed his/her graduation from a recognised university from abroad or India. The student must have completed his/her 10+2 from a recognised board.The minimum qualification for inclusion in the proposed one-year course shall be graduation in any discipline or an equivalent qualification.     In order to appear for the NSD entrance exam, candidates need to meet the required eligibility criteria for the NSD entrance exam. Check out the eligibility criteria mentioned below:

    • Graduation in any subject from a recognised University in India or Abroad.
    • Participation in at least 6 different theatre productions with attached document proof of the theatre experience i.e. certificate of participation, brochure, leaflet, newspaper clips or proof of completion of one year certificate course of any of the NSD Centre.
    • Working knowledge of Hindi & English.
    • Recommendation letter from at least one theatre Expert.
