In India, candidates applying for PGD offered by Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Law University, Sonepat require that they have obtained at least a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. However, the degree can be in any of the areas, law, management or any relevant field would be an advantage in the focus of the PGD (such as Corporate Law). The entry is usually on merit and it is derived from scoring in relevant examinations. Also, entry upon other grounds like a requirement for an interview or an internal test that are the university’s policies may be necessary.
