1. Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Law (LL.M.) or a relevant field from a recognized university.
2. Minimum Marks: A minimum of 55% marks is required in the qualifying degree. There is a relaxation of 5% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) categories.
