    Candidates must have passed an MTech, ME, MCA, MSc, MPhil, BTech, or equivalent degrees in ICT, CS, EC, IT, EE, IN, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Bioinformatics, Electronics, or other relevant disciplines in order to be eligible for admission to the PhD (Regular) course at DA-IICT. Additionally, in accordance with the requirements established by the university or institution that awards degrees, candidates must have a minimum of 60% overall in their qualifying degrees or its equivalent.

    The eligibility criteria for PhD (Regular) course admissions at DA-IICT is that candidate should have passed MTech/ ME/ MCA/ MSc/ MPhil/ BTech/ BE or equivalent degree in ICT / CS / EC / IT / EE / IN / Mathematics / Statistics / Physics / Bioinformatics / Electronics or other appropriate disciplines. Moreover, candidates should have a minimum of  60% aggregate or its equivalent in the qualifying degree as per the norms set by degree awarding Institute/ University.
