The eligibility criteria for BTech admissions at PIET are as follows:
- Candidate must have studied Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subject and Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture
