To be eligible for MBA, a candidate needs to score at least 50% in under graduation. But, in your case you haven't pursued any UG degree course. So, you won't be able to get admission. You need to have a UG degree. -
The prospective applicant must satisfy one of the following eligibility criteria for admissions to the MBA programme.
A graduate degree under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern under any discipline, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate, from a recognized university.
An honors degree under 10+2+4 pattern from a recognized university under UGC Act with at least 50% marks in aggregate including languages

MBA stands for Master of Business Administration and the eligibility criteria to join an MBA is student should be graduate (in any stream) from a well approved and recognized university.
So, if you have completed your bachelor then you are eligible for an MBA. -
MBA stands for Masters in Business Administration, and in order to do a Master degree you must have a Bachelor's degree, so no, a Diploma won't be enough, a Bachelor's degree is must in order to be eligible for an MBA.
