What is the eligibility criteria for pursuing BBA or BBM? Which course should I opt: full time, part time or correspondence?
Is it good to pursue the same for pursuing MBA?
I am 22year old engineering dropped out.

Depends upon where you want to take up. Please read the Minimum age criteria for Admissions into UG program of the University you want to apply.
In generality maximum age varies from 22 to 25.
