what is the eligibility criteria for pursuing MSc (CS)?

I have completed my BSc IT from Kuvempu University and now planning to go for MSc (CS).But the problem is that i was not having Maths in +2 nor in graduation level,so will i face any problem if i go for admission????plz need ur expert views and guide me up :)
