What is the eligibility criteria for pursuing Ph.D in psychology abroad?

I have done MA in psychology and got 55% marks in the final exam and have an agrregate of 51% in it.

Hi, To pursue Ph.D, you must start contacting the Ph.D research heads of the universities/departments and share your research interests with them.
