    Hi Sachin,
    There is no set eligibility except that you must be a high school student. Vikas has already provided you the links you need to check for registration so please follow the website. Create your account on collegeboard website, pay the fee as and when you schedule the test. The international SAT fee is $45 + Non-U.S. Regional Fee, for students from India the Non-U.S Regional fee is $49. More information will be found here:
