Hi,
US and UK are the best study destination to pursue MS, in order to pursue MS form US and UK, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus n graduation.
Relevant undergraduate course from recognized university.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus or TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
GRE score

Must have completed four or three year graduation and score for GRE and TOEFL. Cost vary from country to country & even University to University. First step you decide in which country you want to study and secondly which course.
