    The eligibility criteria for the B.Tech course at GITAM Visakhapatnam is that candidates should have passed Class 12 with first class or equivalent grade from a recognised central/ state board with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects and a minimum of 60% aggregate. The duration of the course is for four years. The fees for B.Tech programme ranges between INR 9.23 Lacs - INR 14.93 Lacs.
