The eligibility criteria for admission to the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programme at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur (JNTUA) mandate that candidates must have completed a bachelor's degree of 3 or 4 years duration from a recognised university or institute. Additionally, candidates must have studied Mathematics as one of the subjects either at the Intermediate (10+2) level or during their undergraduate degree. The minimum aggregate marks required for general category candidates is 50%, while candidates belonging to BC categories need to secure at least 45% marks.
