What is the eligibility criteria for the RSMSSB exam?

The Rajasthan government holds the RSMSSB exam to choose candidates for numerous positions throughout the state. The eligibility criteria are as follows for RSMSSB: 1. Any Indian citizen may apply for this exam, but residents of Rajasthan are the only ones eligible for reservation benefits. 2. The applicant's age must be between 18 and 40 years old, depending on the position. 3. The degree requirements vary depending on the position; usually, one must have completed senior secondary to apply for a group D position and graduation to apply for a higher post. 4. There is no attempt limit but an age restriction on how many times you can appear for this exam.

The eligibility criteria for RSMSSB CET is under the following parameters: Nationality-As this is a state-level exam, candidates should be citizens of India to be eligible. Age Limit-Candidates should be between 20 to 40 years of age to be eligible though here is a relaxation in the upper age limit provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories. Educational Qualification-The requirements of educational qualification are different for different posts. CET Senior Secondary- The candidate must have passed the Intermediate exam with at least 50% marks in aggregate. CET Graduation - Completed Graduation from a recognised institute Number of Attempts-There is no limit on the number of attempts for the RSMSSB CET Exam. Candidates can appear for the exam as many times as they want to be provided they fulfil the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

Age The candidate's age must be between (as of 1st January 2023): -Maximum Age 40 years -Minimum Age 18 years Age Relaxation The category-wise age relaxation for the Junior Engineer post, as per the notification of RSMSSB, is mentioned below. -General/EWS 5 years -SC/ST/OBC/ BC (Men residence of Rajasthan) 6 years -SC/ST/OBC/BC (Women residence of Rajasthan) 10 years -Ex-servicemen 5 years Educational Qualification Educational Qualification for RSMSSB JE Agriculture The applicant must have Graduate Degree in Agriculture Engineering from a recognised institution to be eligible for the post of RSMSSB JE Agriculture. Educational Qualification for RSMSSB JE Civil, Mechanical, Electrical As per the official notification candidates holding B.E/ B.Tech degree or Diploma in the concerned stream from a recognised institution can apply for this recruitment. The various streams are Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical. Note: As per the notice, there will be a relaxation of three years in the upper age limit, because the recruitment for this post has not been conducted for the last 3 years, so all categories of candidates will get a relaxation of three years on the upper age limit. Nationality The candidate applying for this recruitment must be a citizen of India.
