To apply for the UPSC Civil Services Exam (CSE), you have to be an Indian citizen, with a Bachelor degree of any recognised university (minimum percentage of marks is not applicable), who are also aged between 21 and 32 years as of August 1 st of that year of the exam, and age relaxation would apply to OBC (3 years), SC/ST (5 years). To study a B.A. course in Allahabad University, you should have completed an Intermediate (10+2) examination or one which is equivalent of any board of studies without having any particular stream.
