What is the eligibility criteria for UPSEE exam?

I am not a local student or a domicile of UP.i am preparing for IIT in kota, i am from CBSE board.

    Then you could apply through JEE MAIN other state quota for UPTU private colleges not the government ones.You could also go for direct admission to the respective colleges the private ones.

    Hello Sumna,
    To be eligible for UPSEE, you must :
    - have passed the UP Intermediate examination or 10 + 2 examination or its equivalent from a recognized board.
    - have secured at least 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST) in the requisite subject combination of two compulsory subjects and one optional subject.
    - have secured the requisite minimum percentage without any grace marks
