    Hi Tanuj, to be eligible to sit for NMAT, you must have a Full Time Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3/4) in any discipline from a UGC recognized University with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate in first attempt.
    Since you couldn't clear one of your papers on your first attempt, I am afraid you might not be eligible to sit for NMAT.

    Yes you are eligible, subject to condition you can show all the semesters certificate during admission(i.e the passed certificates)
