- For IIIT Delhi admission, pass in Class 12th with a min. of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, & Maths.

- For NIT Delhi admission, the student must have passed the 12th standard examination from a recognised board with a minimum of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, & English, with at least 99.45 % in the JEE Main examination

The eligibility criteria is:
Matriculation with-60% marks, Sr. Secondary (10+2) 70% marks (Aggregate) & minimum 60% marks in PCM, Computer Science/PCB for Biotechnology without gap between 10th and 12th and qualified in JEE Mains.
