    Any graduate can apply for master course, mba basically for everyone either science or arts. If we talk about the quota system, yes some sets are must be reserved for them.

    Hello,
    Eligibility Criteria for admission in Patna University :
    Graduates with 45% marks in the faculties of Commerce, Arts, Science, Humanities, Law, Business Administration and Engineering are eligible to apply for admission. Appearing Candidates may also apply. However, the appearing candidates will be admitted only if they submit original marks sheet of passing the above examination at the time of admission.
    Yes, there is a quota system. Those students who wish to get selected on Quotas i.e., Paid Quotas and Sponsored Quotas, they'll have to pay additional Rs. 50/- as the fees for application form. Also the fee structure for Paid Seat
