As per the official eligibility criteria of Andhra Pradesh PECET Indian nationals belonging from State of Andhra Pradesh can apply. However, as per the order 1974 Regulation of Admission - For B.P.Ed: Candidate should have completed/passed a 3-year degree from any recognised university by the Andhr
