What is the eligibility criteria of getting promotion in a State Government Organization?
Iam working in a State Government Organization and I have a Diploma in engineering . I want to know that, I am eligible for the promotion or not.

Naseem, generally the criteria for promotion will be the performance, qualification and experience.

It depends on organisation where are you working.There are a promotion guide line please go through that.
