The eligibility for B Tech programs is 60 percent in the qualifying exam and qualifying LPU NEST. However, (5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmir Migrants) is given. Bachelors of Technology, often referred to as B.Tech, is a four-year full-time course that covers different fields of engineering and technology. The LPU programs are designed to develop the technical skills of aspirants who wish the work in the core technology and development sector. B.Tech comprises both theoretical and practical knowledge. Students are also offered hands-on training in order to learn how different software and hardware in their respective fields are operated. Apart from the core engineering sectors, B.Tech enables candidates to work in the Information Technology, Data Analysis, Consultancy and Management sectors. With good technical skills, Bachelor of Technology graduates can also apply for jobs in various Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and other jobs in the government sector.

The Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam): Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics Mathematics and English or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. Computer Science Engineering is actually an umbrella term that includes various fields. B.Tech CSE is a 4 year full time degree (total 8 semesters) course and numerous colleges/institutes offer B.Tech with demanded and valuable specialisation. The technical world is changing so quick, with the goal that you can't take face challenge by doing just explicit field. Best methodology is to go with general initially and then be sill with the most recent demand. The highest package offered during LPU placements 2022 stood at INR 3 crore per annum. The highest package was offered by an MNC to a student of B.Tech CSE. Hope this information helpful!

The eligibility of B.Tech is : 90% in 10+2 with (English, Physics & Mathematics ) or 60% in 10+2 with (English, Physics & Mathematics )+ LPUNESTor JEE Mains It means if you have scored 90% or above in 12th class then there is direct admission and you will get maximum scholarship whereas if your score is more than 60% but less than 90% then qualifying LPUNEST/ JEE Mains will be mandatory. For fetching maximum benefit, admission must be planned before 31-5-2020.

Hi Alka, The eligibility of B.Tech is : LPUNEST is mandatory to qualify, exemption could be given only and only if the candidate is having either 90 or more Percentile in JEE Mains or 90% or more aggregate in 12th class. Or If candidate is expecting more than 60% aggregate marks in 12th class he/she can take provisional admission by following to take LPU NEST exam. # Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 pandemic, 12th results are yet to declared. The best thing is, Online Admissions are already open and one can take admission prior to the result declaration of 12th class.
