What is the eligibility criteria of Sir J.J College of Architecture?

I scored 94.3 percentile in JEE paper 2, 130 marks in NATA and 88% in 12th CBSE board. I have a domicile of Maharashtra.

Bachelor of Architecture: Eligibility: The duration of the course is 5 years and to get admission into Bachelor of Architecture the student must be fulfilled the following conditions: 10+2 or equivalent with minimum 50% marks along with the compulsory subject of mathematics.
