The only eligibility criteria is that you must have Science in your class 10+2 from any recognized board and must have secured 75% in the boards exam.

Hi, New requirement is Aadhar Card: All the Indian citizen candidates should possess AADHAAR card issued by UIDAI. At the time of filling application form of JEE (Main) 2017, the candidates will have to enter their AADHAAR number, name, date of birth & gender which will be validated with the UIDAIs data. In case, these particulars do not match, the candidates will not be able to fill the application form for JEE (Main) 2017. Therefore, the candidates are advised to ensure that their AADHAAR card has correct details of their name, date of birth & gender as per school records. If there is some mismatch in these details, the candidates should immediately get it corrected in AADHAAR data or school records, as the case may be. Age Criteria: Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1st October, 1992 (for general and OBC candidate) are eligible to apply. If candidates belong to reserved category like SC, ST and PwD category, then the date of birth falls on or after 1st October, 1987 are eligible for JEE main application. Candidates note down that date of birth mentioned in the Secondary Education Board/University will be considered only for appearing in the exam. Percentage Criteria: Candidates appearing for JEE Mains 2017 must have cleared class 12th with physics, chemistry and mathematics in order to apply. However, for admission to IITs, NITs, IIITs and CFTIs candidates must have secured at least 75% in their class 12th board exams (65% for SC/ST students). No board marks will be taken into account for calculating JEE Mains score from the year 2017 onwards.

You have to complete class 12th with PCM subject. You need to score 55% overall and 60% in PCM.
