Dear Debapriya, A level is equivalent of 10+ 2 in India. If you desire to pursue MBBS in UK you must complete your 12th and take the UKCAT. You need not worry too much about 3A levels and all, Universities here are aware of Indian education system. But I will request you to go through my article
