The eligibility criteria to apply for SLAT 2023 are as follows:

To take the SLAT 2023, candidates required an intermediate degree in a 10+2 degree format from any recognised Board with a minimum of 45% marks (or equivalent grade). They were from the general category. The marks for Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes were 40% in their qualifying exam. The SET exam authority did not specify any minimum or maximum age related criteria for candidates who wanted to take SLAT 2023.
