6 years agoIn India, one needs to pass or qualify the UGC NET in the said subject to become an assistant professor. However, there has also been a rule that a first division post graduate can also be made the faculty of engineering. UGC NET is, of course, the all accepted eligibility criteria for assistant professor selection.
