    To become a government teacher, aspirants should have the basic qualification required for the level that the aspirants aim to teach, that is, Primary, Elementary and at Intercollegiate level. Candidate should have acquired Senior Secondary/ Graduation/ Post Graduation required to apply for the Teacher Training course such as NTT/BTC, B.Ed and other courses and their eligibility criteria to become a government teacher in India.
    Further, candidates are required to obtain Teacher Eligibility Certificate by qualifying Teacher Eligibility Test. These Teacher Eligibility Tests are held at State and Central level by institutions authorised to
