It's very nice to know your dream and desire. If you have a little bit of artistic bend of mind then it's the best course. Graduation in any field is it's eligibility and hence as a civil engineer, you can surely seek admission.

There is no entrance exam. You just select institute offering this course and apply for seeking admission
