I am not sure but IIIT Hyderabad and IIIT Delhi do not come under JEE counselling.

You should have a very good score in JEE Mains (greater than 280) then only there is a chance to get admission in IIIT, Hyderabad. Plus you should pass Maths, Physics and Chemistry subjects with a minimum of 60% marks.

For IIT-Hyderabad, you are supposed to score 300+ score in JEE to ensure your admission, cut-off marks depend upon your budget and family income is also considered.
