IIIT, Hyderabad does not come under the JEE main counselling even though some IIITs come. So you need to apply separately for IIIT, Hyderabad.
For admission they consider only your JEE main scores but it should be really good like 300 and above or if they see your caste, your marks should be at least 280 and above.
