What is the eligibility criteria to get admission for M.Sc in India? I have done B.Sc but unable to get into M.Sc through RIE CEE.
RIE CEE application form is showing M.Ed course for me.

Try for Biological Sciences, in IITs, NITs and TIFR and IISc, Most of them take, JAM but you can The CSIR and JRF and UGC.
