10+2 with PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) is the basic requirement to take admission in engineering programme.
The percentage required in qualifying exam is 60% and JEE Mains for most of the engineering institutes. However, the required percentage criterion depends on the college. IITs consider JEE Advanced.
There are several entrance exams in India at national and state level. Among them, JEE Mains is the most sought-after engineering entrance test. Some private institutes like BITS Pilani, VIT, LPU University etc. conduct their separate entrance test.

If you want to complete your B.Tech from EAMCET then take the EAMCET examination. You need to score more than 75 percent marks in class 12th. To pursue B.Tech from any of the NITs or IITs, you should take JEE Mains exam followed by JEE Advanced exam. Here the board marks are not considered only a minimum of 75% is needed to be deemed eligible for the JEE Mains exam. If you want to pursue B.Tech from any other college or university then take the entrance exam of the respective college/university.
