What is the eligibility criteria to get admission in Department of Aerospace Engineering- IIT, Madras for B.Tech in aerospace engineering?

I have completed 10th class (ICSE) and Diploma in mechanical engineering. I have made major projects like solar and wind powered bike in second year and automobile electrical system in final year project.

It's really good to know your dream of becoming an engineer from IIT. Nothing to worry. Diploma holders are considered as equivalent to 12th. I hope you have scored 75% here, as it's minimum required. Now you appear for JEE Mains and then JEE Advanced. Score good marks and admission is yours.
