You must take SAT or ACT to be considered for admissions in any of the universities in the USA for Bachelor's degrees. Georgia Institute of Technology is also highly competitive and next to MIT in terms of selection of students and world reputation. Hence, very high academic grades in class 12th, extra-curricular activities like high-end projects, sports, volunteer work, etc., will be required.
