Hello Sanip, There are 5 different modes of admission at IIIT-Hyderabad. But the most common one is the JEE Mains score. Since, it does not come under JEE counseling, you need to apply separately for it. For more information refer : https://www.iiit.ac.in/admissions/undergraduate/
